Vladimir Nikolayevich Dyachenko (Russian: Владимир Николаевич Дьяче́нко; 24 October 1948 – 2 March 2024) was a Russian researcher and politician. An independent, he served as Head of Administration of Amur Oblast from 1994 to 1996[1] and served on the Federation Council from January to May 1996.[2]

Dyachenko died on 2 March 2024, at the age of 75.[3]
